Visual Recap: Nashville SC 2, Montréal 0

With seven points, Nashville has made its best start in its four-year history in the MLS, while Montréal has lost all three of their opening games this season.

Jacob Shaffelburg netted his second goal of the season in Nashville SC's third game, while Taylor Washington found the back of the net for the first time since October 2019, helping their team secure a 2-0 victory over CF Montréal at Geodis Park on Saturday. 


Despite a goalless draw against the New York Red Bulls in their previous outing, Nashville (2-0-1, 7 points) bounced back by shutting down Montréal's limited offense and scoring two goals on four shots on goal. 


With seven points, Nashville has made its best start in its four-year history in the MLS, while Montréal has lost all three of their opening games this season.
